Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Previous State Farm experience working in an Agent's office is required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life

- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Dedicated to customer service
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly ECRM/Necho/Windows/Microsoft Office
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
- Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
- Must have LSA/SSA/AAPA or be able to obtain and maintain throughout your career
- Life and Health license (must have currently)
- Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
